By signing below, you agree to participate in the Marriage Mentoring Program with a commitment to open communication, confidentiality, and respect for both your mentor couple and each other. You understand that the goal of this program is to support and encourage your growth together in a Christ-centered marriage.
By participating in the Marriage Mentoring Program, you acknowledge and agree that the mentors are volunteers who offer guidance, support, and encouragement based on personal experience and biblical principles. Mentors are not licensed counselors, therapists, or certified professionals, and their role is to provide mentorship rather than professional advice.
In consideration of being accepted as mentees, you agree to release, hold harmless, and waive any and all claims of liability against the mentors, the mentoring program, and its sponsoring organization for any actions, advice, or outcomes arising from the mentoring relationship. You understand that you remain responsible for your own actions and decisions throughout the course of the mentoring program.
